Are you highly motivated, committed and passionate about your research, and do you want to join a team of researchers recognised as the best in their field?

UNSW would like to provide you with a unique opportunity to visit us, meet prospective supervisors, see the facilities and support for research students first hand and meet the staff in the Graduate Research School.

High achieving students (eg top 5% of your Honours year) from within Australia (outside Sydney) or New Zealand are invited to apply for the Visit UNSW Program that provides travel and accommodation funding for up to 30 students to visit the UNSW campuses (Sydney or Canberra), on Friday 25 September

Students will be selected on academic merit and alignment of proposed area of PhD research to UNSW's research supervisors and research priorities. You must be a new student and plan to enrol in Semester 1, 2010 (latest commencement date 31 March 2010). Applications for the Visit UNSW program close Monday 7 September.

If you are a high achiever (eg. top 5% of your Honours year) and interested in starting your research career at one of Australia's highest rated universities please send me a completed application form, plus a copy of your CV and academic transcripts, to harding@unsw.edu.au by Monday 7 September.

Please feel free to call (02) 9385 5638 or email harding@unsw.edu.au to make a telephone appointment to discuss your application and research opportunities at UNSW.

I look forward to receiving your application.
